Capable of reproducing parts of high precision and geometric complexity in a maximum working volume of 250 x 250 x 270 (mm) by plastic filament extrusion (PLA and ABS). Different parts can be joined together.
The file must be submitted via the form accessed via the “submit file” link above. It is common for laser cutting, 3D printing and CNC.
Therefore, the appropriate option must be chosen. The maximum print size is 250 mm x 250 mm x 270 mm. However, it is possible to print objects in two or more parts and you must decide and indicate where to split the object. It is recommended that all ribs in the parts have a minimum diameter of 3 mm or a square section of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm.
Below these sizes the result may not be as expected. When making pieces that fit together and, in order to be able to join them, the edges on each side of the hole where it will fit should be increased by 0.2 mm, whether it is printed or not. The files sent must be in stl format. This export option can be found in many programmes that work in 3D.
It is important to check both before and after the export process that the design is a fully closed object so that it is recognised as a solid. It is a three-dimensional object and the dimensions of the file must be in millimetres. The scale is 1:1. We have left a link to example files at the end of this post. In the event that the file does not meet the requirements for any reason, an email will be sent back indicating this and awaiting correction, the position will not be kept in the queue until it is received again.
As the printing of an object involves an analysis of the best way to print it, we may contact you to work on the model. It is therefore advisable to send the parts in good time.
The maximum thickness of the sheets is 5 mm. For other thicknesses, please enquire.
All the material will be tested by the workshop, you cannot bring your own material and start the process except for specific exceptions which have previously been consulted.

We can’t be your remnant store, so we can’t guarantee that material left over from cutting or that you bring from home to be cut in the long term won’t have been turned into key rings.
