Purpose of data processing:

The generic purpose of data processing is to manage communication and relationships with the Users of its website. Possible specific purposes can be consulted in more detail in the Further Information section below.

Legitimising Data Processing: Consent to or request the service and/or information by Users.

Exercising your rights: Users can exercise their rights by sending a request along with their ID document, or any valid document that accredits their identity, by email to fundacio.general@uji.es or by ordinary post in writing to FUGEN at the above-indicated contact address.

Why do we process your data?

FUGEN processes the data that your provide us with on the different forms or contact addresses keyed into the website to manage and send the information you request us or to send you information about our services, provided we previously obtained your consent.

Users are informed that FUGEN canprocess the personal data you supply on the online forms or with the contact addresses you provide us with on our website for the purposes set out below, insofar as a legal basis exists for each processing type as explained later on:

• Channel the information requests made using the contact forms on the website.
• Manage requests to register for the activities that Users ask for.
• Diffuse the projects in which Users may have participated to fulfil the diffusion purpose of presenting them so they can be viewed and then assessed by the teaching team that participated in the training sessions to devise the Project.
• Send communications to promote and diffuse the activity performed by FUGEN to Users who had previously accepted receiving such information by marking the corresponding box in any form on the website.

What legitimisation does FUGEN base its data processing on?

We base our legitimisation on Users’ freely and voluntarily providing their data so we can deal with any of their requests, which are indicated in the previous section. The data processed for these purposes will involve the minimum data required to correctly deal with their requests according to each purpose. The data requested in the forms denoted by an asterisk (*) are compulsory so as to fulfil their request.

In all the communications we send, FUGEN will remind Users how to cancel their consent and this cancellation will come into effect from the time Users request it.

How long does FUGEN keep personal data?

Your data shall be kept for the minimum time required to correctly render the requested service, and to deal with any possible responsibilities that may derive from rendering the service and from any other legal requirement.

With information requests, we keep your data for the time required to deal with your requests, which will be eliminated 1 year after the last communciation.

To receive our advertising, we keep your data until you authorise us to send no more advertising.

To whom do we provide your data?

FUGEN could transfer or communicate personal data to deal with its obligations with Public Administrations in agreement with the legislation currently in force at any time; likewise, and if it were the case, to Legal or State Security Organisations.

What rights are Users entitled to as owners of their personal data?

As owners of personal data, Users are entitled to the following rights:

• The right to access. Users have the right to obtain from FUGEN information as to whether their personal data are being processed, accessing these data, and obtaining information about the data processing carried out.

• The right to obtain a copy of their personal data.
• The right to rectify. Users have the right to FUGEN rectifying their personal data if they are inexact or incomplete.

• The right to suppression. Users have the right to suppress their personal data if they are no longer required for the purpose they were provided for or when other foreseeable legal circumstances concur.
• The right to limit data processing. Users have the right to request their personal data processing to be limited in such a way that the data processing operations that correspond in each case, and as set out in Art. 18 of the Spanish RGPD (General Law on Personal Data Protection), are no longer applied to these data.

• The right to transfer. Users have the right to receive the personal data that concern them in a structured format, provided that these data exclusively concern the requesting User and were supplied by him/her.

Users also have the right to withdraw their consent for any specific purpose that they previously provided, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing the data based on this consent.

The indicated rights can be exercised by users sending a request from the email address they provided us with when they registered with the website to fundacio.general@uji.es or, if they so wish, by sending a written request to FUGEN at the address indicated in the first section about the Organisation Responsible for Data Processing.

Users may access the models, forms and further information available to exercise their rights on our website to the national control authority known as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es.
