Why do we process your data?
FUGEN processes the data that your provide us with on the different forms or contact addresses keyed into the website to manage and send the information you request us or to send you information about our services, provided we previously obtained your consent.
Users are informed that FUGEN canprocess the personal data you supply on the online forms or with the contact addresses you provide us with on our website for the purposes set out below, insofar as a legal basis exists for each processing type as explained later on:
What legitimisation does FUGEN base its data processing on?
We base our legitimisation on Users’ freely and voluntarily providing their data so we can deal with any of their requests, which are indicated in the previous section. The data processed for these purposes will involve the minimum data required to correctly deal with their requests according to each purpose. The data requested in the forms denoted by an asterisk (*) are compulsory so as to fulfil their request.
In all the communications we send, FUGEN will remind Users how to cancel their consent and this cancellation will come into effect from the time Users request it.
How long does FUGEN keep personal data?
Your data shall be kept for the minimum time required to correctly render the requested service, and to deal with any possible responsibilities that may derive from rendering the service and from any other legal requirement.
With information requests, we keep your data for the time required to deal with your requests, which will be eliminated 1 year after the last communciation.
To receive our advertising, we keep your data until you authorise us to send no more advertising.
To whom do we provide your data?
FUGEN could transfer or communicate personal data to deal with its obligations with Public Administrations in agreement with the legislation currently in force at any time; likewise, and if it were the case, to Legal or State Security Organisations.
What rights are Users entitled to as owners of their personal data?
